| Design Development: | Once our client has decided to build a development CasConstruct will carry out a site and demographic analysis. We will determine the most efficient and adequate design which would maximise development profitability & suitability. |

| Feasibility Studies (Development): | When a client is looking for a development site or has a development site CasConstruct carries out a complete feasibility study to determine viability. This includes sale value, building costs, statutory fees, interest calculations, real estate agent fees etc. |

| Cost Planning (Construction): | Specifically to determining an estimate for construction costs our clients present basic sketches or planning drawings. We can provide budget estimates to assist you in determining project soundness. |

| Project Management: | Clients who have given us repeat business engage CasConstruct as Project Managers. Our role includes to produce feasibility studies, cost plans, engage consultants, obtain permits and construct the building through to turnkey handover. This works well with our clients who may not have lots of building knowledge and resources and want a quality development produced from inception through to completion. |

| Builder / Construction: | This is the traditional builder / developer relationship whereby a lump sum quotation is provided based on drawings, specifications, permits etc. provided by the client. CasConstruct ensure to liaise closely with the client or clients representative throughout the entire building process. This greatly aids relationship building. |

CasConstruct will formulate both long term and short term construction programs to monitor the progress of construction against program constraints.
For most projects a skilled supervisor will oversee operations on the site full time with full support from the Director and Project Administrator.
